About Us

High Street House Assisted Living was founded in 2002 by husband and wife Cheryl Sprick and Rick Bremer.

Inspired by a desire to offer Lake City area seniors the opportunity to maintain an independent lifestyle, Cheryl and Rick purchased the building from the Lake City’s Woman’s Club, whose members were delighted their building would continue to house a worthy cause, albeit different than in the past.  

Cheryl and Rick have made their and many other’s dreams come true by offering a variety of services residents can elect to participate in, providing independence but with greater confidence and less apprehension.  

Experienced and thoughtful staff, engaging activity programs, and attractive surroundings unite the charm of home with the security of knowing someone is ready to help 24-hours a day.  

By living independently while participating in activities our seniors can continue to enjoy their life with pride, variety, privacy and individuality.
